The Probability Lab is a free, educational, and entertainment platform providing interactive probability and statistics tools. All tools are simulations for mathematical exploration and educational purposes only.

The Site is NOT a gambling platform. No real money is wagered, exchanged, or won on this Site. No results generated by any tool on this Site have any monetary value. The Probability Lab does not facilitate, enable, or encourage real-money gambling of any kind.

5. Data and Statistics

All simulation results are stored anonymously in our database to power the shared statistical views (frequency charts, hot/cold numbers, global counts). No personally identifiable information is collected or stored. Sessions are identified by a randomly generated session ID stored in your browser's sessionStorage. This ID is temporary, not linked to any account, and deleted when you close your browser tab.

6. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense. We have no control over the specific advertisements displayed. Advertisements are clearly labeled. We do not endorse any advertiser or advertised product.

7. Accuracy of Tools

The probability calculations and strategy recommendations are based on established mathematical models. Expected value figures for blackjack are based on standard basic strategy mathematics and are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantee that any strategy will produce specific results in real-world play. Always verify important calculations independently.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom code, SVG illustrations, blog content, and visual design on this Site are the property of The Probability Lab. The underlying mathematical concepts and formulas are in the public domain.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
